Bisbee Pueblo - Our Homes

The Bisbee Pueblo condominium units are located in one of the most desirable and beautiful residential neighborhoods in old Bisbee. The units are all on the ground floor and you can drive to the door with adequate parking. Nowhere else can you find such a peaceful setting with its Park and great old oak trees. There is a large flagstone Patio under one big oak tree with a swing, bird bath, fire pit and a picnic table. There is a separate Laundry/Maintenance building with two each washers and dryers, and a toilet for maintenance personnel.

(At present units 6-10 have been completed; units 1-5 should be completed by early 2015) The driveway was re-graded with gravel to drain into the Park and to provide twice as many parking spaces. The gravel drive absorbs water for the big oak trees, is cooler than asphalt, easier to maintain, and slows down traffic. The old shuffleboard court was removed and a new orchard planted with 15 different kinds of fruit trees and private garden spaces. It is intended to make an existing well adjoining the orchard functional with drip irrigation. The 26 ga. corrugated galvanized steel roof has been coated with white elastomeric waterproofing. New Pella doors with internal adjustable shades and windows, all with double glazed low e glass and metal clad wood frames have been installed. Mitsubishi heat pump air conditioning and heating units and Rheam solar water heaters have been installed. New steel trellises with roses and vines have been built on the front and new waterproof decks with steel rails, and large metal clad storage closets built on the back overlooking the canyon wash. Kitchens have new appliances, sinks, counter tops, renovated cabinets, lighting and vinyl flooring. Bathrooms have new bath ceramic tile, lighting and vinyl flooring. Bedrooms have new carpet tile floors, and lighting. Living room maple floors were refinished and new lighting and high efficiency ceiling fans were installed. The results of the renovations by owner/architect Todd Bogatay, make the Bisbee Pueblo much more comfortable, energy efficient and easier to maintain.

At present, though units 6 - 10 are complete the state requires that all units be completed before any can be sold. The completed units will be rented and income used to gradually complete the rest. Meanwhile if someone wants to buy the entire complex it is on the market, listed by Linda Graele Realty for $650,000 USD.
